As a woman at a conference, what's a more attractive giveaway—makeup or business cards? PayPal's competitors chose the former. We thought the latter was way better.
To draw a college-age audience to the PayPal booth, we needed to prove that PayPal understood their needs and would provide an inspirational workplace. We gave these eager young women customized business cards to use at the event. Booth messaging encouraged them to unleash their best selves—while working at PayPal, of course.
