At the Grace Hopper Women in Technology Conference, brands attracted young talent by giving away lipstick, face wash, and bracelets—reflecting a true lack of empathy for their target audience.

These bright women just out of college didn't care about cosmetics. They wanted to launch their career. 

With that insight, we decided PayPal's booth should offer custom business cards, which they probably didn't have at such a young age. It was a cost-effective way to prove that PayPal understood their needs and was rooting for their success. Messaging appealed to their ambition, challenging them to reimagine money at PayPal.
